This project focused on creating and developing an end-to-end process map for CPA Canada’s publication creation workflow, a process I led from start to finish. The goal was to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the entire process. To begin, I conducted a comprehensive audit of existing publication types, identifying common elements and aligning key timelines across all projects. This helped define each stage of the process, from content development to final production, and establish clear milestones and deadlines.
