For this project, I was tasked with enhancing the overall usability, visual appeal, and brand consistency of the Dr. Green Lawncare Services webpage. To guide the design improvements, I analyzed user behavior data from Hotjar and Lucky Orange reports to identify pain points where users were struggling to navigate the existing page. Based on these insights, I pinpointed areas where additional functionality could enhance the user experience. One of the key improvements was the introduction of an expanding dropdown menu, which allows users to explore detailed descriptions of the various service plans while maintaining a clean and concise layout. This feature streamlined the content and made it easier for visitors to find the information they needed without feeling overwhelmed.

In addition to improving functionality, I also focused on enhancing the design by integrating more iconography, which not only added visual appeal but also provided users with intuitive, quick-action prompts. These icons helped guide users through the site more efficiently, making the page feel more dynamic and engaging. Throughout the redesign, I ensured that every element remained aligned with Dr. Green’s brand identity, reinforcing consistency across the site while delivering a seamless, user-friendly experience. The result was a more visually appealing, easy-to-navigate page that better served users and reflected the professionalism of the Dr. Green brand.
